Thank you for supporting our 2012 Leaders and Legends Scholarship and Recognition Dinner!

The Leaders and Legends supports scholarships for local students and Y programs for needy children and is an important platform for the YMWCA to recognize the accomplishments of exceptional leaders in our community. This year we were thrilled to honor:

These  leaders provide inspiration and dedicated leadership to all those concerned with the future of youth in our community.

In addition to awarding five college scholarships to local high school students, this year's event  featured a special tribute to the late Congressman Donald M. Payne, Sr. and presentation of the inaugural Congressman Donald M. Payne, Sr. Scholarship.
