Minnow (advanced, ages 6-12)
Will swim 100 yards continuously using all strokes with proper technique, breathing, and turns.
PRE-REQS: Pass Guppy.
SKILLS INTRO:Competitive starts and swim techniques, flip turns, side stroke, lifesaving stroke and approach strokes.
TO PASS: Float for two minutes, master flip turns, front starts, back starts, freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
