639 Kicks

There are 639 muscles in the body and this class will hit all of them, utilizing heart pumping cardio to tone overall muscle groups.

 

Aero Box

A fast-paced cardio workout that utilizes boxing technique. This high intensity workout is designed to get your heart rate up and get your muscles burning ... Which equals a super cardiovascular workout!

 

Aqua Aerobics

A challenging pool class that uses water resistance to advance cardiovascular strength and endurance.

 

Beginner Step

A step class for all newcomers. Teaches you safety techniques and step movements.

 

Boot Camp

This is an interval workout designed to build your cardiovascular endurance. This incredible military style workout incorporates aerobics, calisthenics, drills, and resistance training.

 

Cardio Fusion

Heart pumping workout which includes weight training, kickboxing, step and muscular endurance training. This workout targets the whole body. It is for advanced and beginners of all ages.

 

Chisel

Chisel is a powerful strength training class designed to develop muscular strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Learn to use proper technique and form with free weights exercises so you can build a toned and healthy body!

 

Chisel, Light

Body bars are used as a simple and effective way to improve strength, function, shape and definition.

 

Core Ball Fit

Incorporates unique workout methods using stability ball to tighten & strengthen core muscles of the abs, back and legs.

 

H.A.B.I. T

(Hips, Abs, Buns, & Incredible Thighs) An intense lower body conditioning class designed to target the hips, abdominals, glutes, quadriceps, and hamstrings.

 

Just Do It

This is a high-energy class that incorporates strength and cardiovascular training. Just Do It combines various movements such as: Step, Kick Boxing, Hi & Lo Impact, Ply metrics, and circuit and interval training.

 

Kick Box

This is an exciting, high paced, easy to follow kickboxing workout. Throw powerful kicks and punches to develop your strength, speed, endurance, balance, and coordination.

 

Multi Impact

Try out a multi impact aerobics workout that incorporates Step, Ply metrics, and circuit choreography that will challenge anyone's level of fitness. Super Abs & Extreme Abs: Try our various abdominal training classes to develop Strength and definition in your core abdominal muscles.

 

Pilates

You will practice a variety of practical mat exercises with a focus on conditioning the body from the inside out. Learn the importance of core stabilization, muscle balance, proper alignment, strength and flexibility, while integrating the concept of mindfulness, fluidity and grace.

 

Pump and Jump

Burn hundreds of calories and learn to build amazing functional strength. This class includes the use of jump ropes.

 

Step 101

A heart-pumping Step Class for the intermediate stepper. Basic and advanced step moves are used in an easy to follow format. This class will get you sweating!

 

Step 102

This is a high energy, fun, and challenging Step workout. Step it Up is an advanced Step, Ply metrics, and strength training class that is designed to push you to the max!

 

Super Abs

Try our various abdominal training exercises to develop strength and definition in your core abdominal muscles.

 

Wet N' Wild

This class is a fun and exciting aquatic total body workout for people of all fitness levels. All of the exercises are performed in the shallow end of the pool so it's enjoyable and safe.

 

Yoga

This is a spiritual discipline that aims to align your thoughts, words, and actions. Yoga is a whole-person practice that involves a conscious effort to think, speak, do and breathe with right action.
