YMCA Residents must register at Front Desk for a class discount

Tuesdays 

Class 1: 5:30pm - 6:15pm

Class 2: 6:30pm - 7:15pm

Thursdays

Class 1: 5:30pm - 6:15pm

Class 2: 6:30pm - 7:15pm

Rates

• $10.00 per class
• Payment due at registration
• No refunds

Expectations

• Bring a mat or borrow one
• Bring a water bottle
• Bring a small towel (optional)
• Wear sneakers and comfy clothes
