SILVER SNEAKER Fitness Program:
Through Healthways, older adults and other eligible adults can participate in the Silver Sneaker Fitness Program offered at the Newark YMCA. Program participants can also use other amenities. To have access to the steam room and sauna, please ask our desk staff for details. Please contact us when you receive your Silver Sneaker card or ask our staff about eligibility requirements to join the program.
