Dear Friend of the Newark Y,

Whether a small act of kindness for a neighbor or a gift for someone you love, your generosity strengthens our community. As we begin this new year, we want to extend generosity as well, from the Newark YMCA to you. 

We’re partners with FreeWill, a free online platform that guides you through the process of creating a legally valid will. Creating a will is an incredible and simple act of care you can take for the people in your life. 

No matter how old you are or where you are from, making a will is a powerful way to:

  • Designate guardians for your dependent children (and even pets)
  • Protect your assets so that they are passed along to the people you love
  • Gain long-term peace of mind knowing that your values extend well into the future.

We invite you to consider elevating this act of care by designating a gift of any size to the Newark YMCA in your plans: your legacy nurtures the spirit, mind, and body of our community for generations to come.
